  • Minimum of 1 year of croissant-making experience preferred, including dough preparation, laminating, shaping, and stock rotation.
  • Proficiency in using mixers, dough sheeters, rolling pins, knives, food processors, meat slicers, dough proofers, and ovens.
  • Production consists of 1500+ croissants per week in various flavors.
  • Communicates supply needs and stock levels to management.

Responsibilities:
  • Safely and skillfully drive a Ford Transit van to deliver baked goods and cakes from our production facility to our retail stores, future locations, and wholesale accounts.
  • Perform supply runs to Chef's Store, East Bay Restaurant Supply, and other industry stores to replenish bakery-related items.
  • Handle the delivery of roasted coffee to designated locations.
  • Pick up coffee beans from suppliers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery van by regularly cleaning and sanitizing it.
  • Ensure the van is fueled as needed to complete delivery routes.
  • Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance for the van to keep it in optimal working condition.
  • Collect and transport green coffee as required.
  • Manage the pickup and drop-off of nitrogen tanks for our operations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lift up to 50 pounds when loading and unloading bakery items.
Requirements:
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with driving a Ford Transit van or similar commercial vehicles is preferred.
  • Excellent multitasking skills to efficiently handle multiple delivery stops and supply runs.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with retail store staff, wholesale clients, and suppliers.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and close down the kitchen at Timeless Piedmont, ensuring all equipment and stations are prepared for the day's operations.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items following our rotating monthly menu, including bagel sandwiches (hot and cold), wraps, hoagies, sandwiches, salad bowls, and soups.
  • Utilize kitchen equipment such as flat-top griddles, ovens, stoves, soup warmers, waffle makers, deep fryers, knives, and other necessary tools.
