RETURN POLICY
We’re sorry to say that we can’t accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority! If you run into any problems with your coffee or if there’s a mistake with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@timelesscoffeeroasters.com within 30 days of receiving your package. We’re here to help you find something you’ll love.
SHIPPING
We use USPS First Class for all of our shipping*. Delivery times can fluctuate depending on your location in relation to Oakland, CA.
If your order total is over $50, we’ll cover the shipping free of charge— just look for the discount during checkout.
If your package hasn't arrived within 7 days of the roast and ship date, or if you think there’s been an issue with delivery, please reach out to us at info@timelesscoffeeroasters.com for support.
*Currently, we don’t ship internationally, but who knows what the future holds!
TIMELINE
We roast coffee to order Monday through Friday and generally ship within 24 to 48 hours after you place your order. Please remember that national holidays can affect delivery times, and we don’t ship on weekends, so any orders placed from Friday afternoon through Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
