Timeless Coffee & Bakery is looking for experienced, upbeat, and passionate individuals to join our front-of-house barista team. As a Timeless barista, you’re more than just a drink slinger—you’re a critical part of our customer experience, a steward of our quality standards, and a representative of our mission to bring plant-based joy to the community.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume cafe where baristas are expected to maintain a positive and professional vibe under pressure, make consistently excellent drinks, and keep the flow of the café humming. We take pride in our work and have fun doing it.

We Will Consider Applicants:

With at least 1 year of barista or coffee experience (preferred, but not required if you’re a fast learner)
With strong customer service or hospitality backgrounds
Who are available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Who have a basic understanding of coffee, plant-based food, and/or are excited to learn
Who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, high-volume environment

In This Position, You Will:

Craft espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to Timeless standards
Engage with customers in a warm, welcoming, and efficient way
Work as part of a tight-knit front-of-house team to maintain flow and energy
Handle money, operate a POS system, and manage transactions accurately
Assist with general café upkeep: restocking, dishwashing, cleaning, etc.
Support other teams (kitchen, roasting) by maintaining communication and flow
Promote and reflect Timeless values around quality, compassion, and sustainability

Basic Physical Requirements:

Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Able to lift 30 lbs unassisted
Able to grip and operate tools like tampers, pitchers, and espresso handles
Comfortable working around noise, heat, and crowds

Compensation & Perks:

Hourly wage: starting at $18 with pay negotiable based on experience and skills
PLUS $8–$12/hr in additional take-home from tips
